Barong Pre-Sale FAQ

1. How long will my delivery take?
We typically fulfill all Barong pre-sale orders within four weeks or less. If for any reason your order requires additional time, you will receive an email update with two options:

• You may choose to wait for your Barong to be completed.

• Or, you can cancel your order for a full refund if the delay extends beyond four weeks.

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we will always communicate any updates promptly.

2. Where are the Barongs made?
Each Barong is handcrafted in Lumban, Laguna, Philippines, a region known as the heart of Barong making. This area carries a long and respected tradition of fine embroidery and craftsmanship, which is one of the reasons each piece takes time to produce.

3. Why the pre-sale model?
Our pre-sale model allows us to produce each Barong with purpose and precision. By knowing exactly how many pieces and sizes to order, we can:

• Avoid overproduction and waste.

• Keep prices more accessible for our customers.

• Ensure that each garment is made with care, not excess.

While the wait may take a little longer, it is a conscious choice that helps us honor both our craftsmen in the Philippines and our community of supporters worldwide.

4. How do I know what size I need?
