PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR WEBSITE OR PURCHASING PRODUCTS.

These Terms apply to the Istilo website (the “Platform”) and the products sold through it (“Products”). By accessing the Platform or purchasing Products, you agree to these Terms, which create a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you”) and Istilo (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “date of last revision” above indicates when these Terms were last updated. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of the Platform or purchase of Products confirms your acceptance.

Terms of Sale

By purchasing a Product from Istilo, you also agree to our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping & Fulfillment Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share customer information, including data shared with third-party providers like Wix (our platform), Shippo (shipping), and payment processors.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. No refunds or returns are accepted.
Exceptions may be made for items that arrive damaged or defective. Customers must contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos and order details to be eligible for replacement or store credit.

Shipping & Fulfillment

In-stock orders: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. and 5–10 business days for international orders.
Pre-orders: Ship within the timeframe stated on each product page. By purchasing, you agree to the pre-order wait.
Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers depending on rates and availability.
Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
Delays: Because we source goods directly from manufacturers and international shipping may be affected by trade policies, customers will be notified immediately of anticipated delays.
Responsibility: Istilo is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to the carrier.
We will resolve any shipping issues attributable to our error at no additional cost.
Shipping issues arising from customer error may incur additional charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including designs, graphics, product photography, and branding, is owned by Istilo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Istilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Istilo, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping & Fulfillment Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Istilo.
